#L50 - Here we go:

I'm going to try really, super hard to do an "L50" starting Monday 7/11. Cutting grain & sugar & potatoes; limiting alcohol (red wine only) & caffeine (2 cups/day); and starting exercises- pull/push ups, squats, planks & various cardio videos.  Over hauling daily schedule, too. (That last one is going to be the hardest.) Using menus and recipes from "The Daniel Plan" and "Always Hungry?" and others that align with my L50 theory. 

L for Laura (and also 50) + 50 days = 7/11 to 8/30, just in time for trip to Davis Mountains. (50 days for 50 years)
